When you need a pump, you need it now. We don't do drop-shipping, and we don't make you wait.

At Goldstream Pumps, we know that equipment downtime costs you time and money. That’s why we operate our own fully stocked warehouse right here in Charleston, South Carolina. If you can buy it on our website, it means it is sitting on our shelves, ready to be packed and shipped directly to your shop or job site.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Fast Dispatch: All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped either the same business day or the very next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays after standard business hours, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers (typically UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure your heavy-duty equipment arrives safely. Transit times will vary based on your distance from our Charleston, SC facility, but most East Coast orders arrive in 1–3 business days, while West Coast orders typically arrive in 4–5 business days.

International Shipping

Because we manufacture 220V/50Hz pumps for global use, we ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination. Please note: International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their local government.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shipping label is printed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update with the initial transit scan.

Heavy Item Packaging

Our cast-iron gear pumps are heavy—many weigh upwards of 45 lbs. We pack our equipment using heavy-duty, reinforced materials designed to withstand the abuse of transit so your pump arrives ready to work.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

While we pack everything securely, freight damage occasionally happens.

  • Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box and the product, and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and get your replacement sorted out immediately.
