Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump - 1hp, 230/460V 3-Phase

The Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump in 3 Phase is built for permanent installation in industrial shops, processing facilities, and commercial operations running 230/460V 3 Phase power. The GSM25 cast-iron pumphead moves 12 GPM of motor oil, gear oil, and medium viscosity fluids at 1770 RPM. No handle, no pre-wired switch - this unit ships ready for hardwiring into your panel or control system.

This configuration pairs the GSM25 pumphead with a stock US Made Baldor motor at 1HP and 1770 RPM, wound for 3-Phase power. If you are running a fixed installation where the pump will be wired directly into a control panel, skid, or shop infrastructure, this is the right configuration. The lower RPM relative to the 3450 RPM single phase units means more torque per revolution, well suited for sustained runs on medium viscosity fluids. The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical cut steel gears. It is self priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, gear oils, and other medium viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Stock US Made Baldor motor, 1HP, 1770 RPM, 230/460V 3 Phase, NEMA 56C frame. Ships bare, no switch, no cord, no handle. Requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician into a 3 3Phase power source.
