Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Pumps or components that have been installed, run, or exposed to fluid are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return Contact us at support@goldstreampumps.com. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to: 2652 Bonds Ave, Suite 203,North Charleston, SC 29405.
Damages & Defective Items Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order pump configurations
- Items showing signs of installation or fluid exposure
- Hazardous or flammable fluid-handling components (case-by-case — contact us)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges Return the original item first; once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Orders shipped into the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@goldstreampumps.com.
