Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump - 1.5hp, 120/230V 60HZ

The Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump with 1.5HP motor is built for permanent installation where the pump will run under sustained load on heavy gear oils and dense fluids. The GSM25 cast-iron pumphead moves 12 GPM at 1700 RPM, and the extra horsepower over the 1HP configuration gives you the torque headroom to handle thicker fluids without the motor working at its limit. No handle, no pre-wired switch - this unit ships ready for hardwiring into your panel, skid, or control system.

This configuration pairs the GSM25 pumphead with a stock US Made Baldor motor at 1.5HP and 1700 RPM, wound for 120/230V 60Hz single phase power. If you are running a fixed installation on heavy gear oil, thick hydraulic fluid, or other high-viscosity applications, the 1.5HP motor provides the sustained torque the job requires. The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with gear oils, motor oils, vegetable oils, and other heavy to medium viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Stock US-Made Baldor motor, 1.5HP, 1700 RPM, 120/230V 60Hz, NEMA 56C frame. Ships bare, no switch, no cord, no handle. Ships wired for 120V, rewirable for 230V. Requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician.
